FULL NAMES MUST BE INCLUDED ON THE LINEUP CARDS TO THE OPPOSING MANAGER, AND UMPIRE. THE WINNING MANAGER WILL HAVE THE CORRECT DATA TO REPORT THE PROPER INFORMATION

If you have not provided team proof of Insurance or Criminal and Child Abuse background checks for each coach who has not had one or one expired after three years, please send or email a copy to John Chuma ASAP!!!!!

 If a coach does not meet the requirements of the Criminal and/or Child Abuse checks, or has not received the results of the checks, he cannot participate in any team activities!!!!!
